This organization is completed by a panel of three consultants or counsels who work in specialized and complementary areas (Banking & Finance, Real Estate, and Corporate and Commercial Law). These consultants are legally independent, although they work within our organization under the leadership of Excel Law Group LLP. Our Company and its independent consultants will soon operate within a formal network currently being organized.
Our Group is being led by the battery of 10 lawyers who are enrolled members of various Councils and Associations under Bar Council of India.
The Legal members of our firm have extensive experience in handling matters that require Indian law concepts to be reconciled with, common law concepts.
Besides, a para-legal team of 20 members are also working under direct control of said lawyers’ team and a strong market team of 20 members are also working for covering throughout Delhi-NCR and beyond the locations covering the offices of banks/FIs, Builders and Corporate offices, Govt. organisations like Registrar and Sub-Registrar offices, Tehsil and Land Development offices, etc.
